The world of Inazuma's people was the same. Long ago, it had wind, rain, and lightning; sunlight and the sea... and the "Raiden Shogun."
Compared to the idle Anemo Archon and the retired Geo Archon, the Electro Archon still ruled the nation that belonged to her. However... as a ruler, she did not handle everything personally, which was why the Three Commissions existed.
One of the Three Commissions, the Tenryou Commission, was the institution responsible for all public security affairs in Inazuma. And among them... Kujou Sara, as the general of the Tenryou Commission, naturally bore the heavy responsibility of maintaining Inazuma's stability.
She governed capably and always led by example, setting an excellent standard for her subordinates. Within the Tenryou Commission's jurisdiction, even the most difficult problems were dealt with promptly and properly.
