"Kiana, would you like to join the student council?"
After some thought, Sona Sitri still extended an invitation to the girl before her.
Over the past few days, Kiana had become incredibly popular at Kuoh Academy. In less than two days, most of the school had learned that a transfer student had arrived whose looks and temperament rivaled Rias's.
Their styles were simply different. Rias possessed the beauty and grace of a refined young lady, while Kiana was more like a princess—or an angel descended from heaven—pure and noble.
Kiana had yet to join any club, and quite a few people were hoping to recruit her.
Sona also wanted Kiana to join the student council. Although the council was practically made up entirely of Sona's peerage, and Kiana clearly could not become part of her peerage, she was still one of their own.
"The student council? No, thanks..."
Kuoh Academy's student council did indeed hold considerable power, especially Sona, whose authority as student council president even surpassed the principal's.
But Kiana had absolutely no interest in it, nor did she want student council matters wasting her time.
"All right. If you need anything... you can come directly to me."
After being turned down by Kiana, Sona did not press the matter. She merely nodded calmly.
"President, there are some matters that require your attention."
At that moment, Tsubaki Shinra walked over and spoke to Sona. She also glanced at Kiana beside her, her expression somewhat complicated.
She knew about the president becoming Kiana's maid. She had even considered taking Sona's place, only to be rejected as a matter of course.
"Mm, I understand."
Sona nodded, glanced at Kiana, and after leaving her a few words, departed the classroom with Tsubaki Shinra.
