"Now that we've rested, let's get going. Don't waste too much time, or we won't have time to set up camp. We still need to find a campsite, too."
After resting for a while at the milk tea shop, Miko Yotsuya stood and spoke to the people beside her, mainly Hana Yurikawa.
"Yeah, I'm rested too."
After taking a break, eating some snacks, and finishing a cup of milk tea, Hana Yurikawa was full of energy again. She picked up her several large bags, ready to set off.
Yulia, standing nearby, looked at Hana Yurikawa's pile of bags and spoke up.
"Actually, you didn't need to prepare so much in advance. There's a market at the foot of the mountain we're going to, so you can buy ingredients and stuff there."
"Huh?!!"
Hana Yurikawa froze at those words and stared at Yulia in disbelief. They sold things at the foot of the mountain?
"Why didn't you tell me sooner?!"
If she could buy them there, hadn't all this preparation been a waste of effort?
Hana Yurikawa felt a little miserable...
"You never asked."
"But..."
Hearing Yulia's words, Hana Yurikawa had nothing to say.
"All right, Hana. I'll help you carry some of it."
Miko Yotsuya couldn't bear to see Hana Yurikawa struggling by herself, so she comforted her.
"Miko really is the best! You really are my closest friend." Hearing Miko Yotsuya's words, Hana Yurikawa smiled again.
The four of them then arrived at the bus stop and boarded another bus toward their destination.
The place they were going was rather remote. There was no subway, so they could only take the bus. Still, the bus went directly there, which was convenient enough.
Especially since Hana Yurikawa had brought so much stuff, the less walking they had to do,
