The Herrscher of Flamescion sat in the helicopter, watching the Arctic glaciers recede farther and farther into the distance.
Though this challenge had been more difficult and dangerous than the previous ones, it had ended successfully. Everything in the Cthulhu world had been banished.
She had even left her own coordinates behind in that world.
Then came the rewards.
[Reward obtained: Multiverse Progress +0.1, "Herrscher of Humanity" Fragments +25, Armed Doll "Fairy Airi" Fragments +50.] [As the difficulty increased midway through, additional reward obtained: Random Valkyrie Fragments x180.]
The rewards were generous. Her hard work had not gone to waste. The extra reward, however, did surprise her a little. But on second thought, even an outer god at the superstellar level had appeared later on. That really had been ridiculously difficult.
It would have made no sense if there had been no extra reward.
One hundred and eighty Valkyrie Fragments was an extremely generous amount, but they were random Valkyrie Fragments, which was a little disappointing. Who knew what Valkyries they would turn into?
She already had most Valkyries, some of them even at SSS rank. Getting duplicates again would not feel great.
"Let's test my luck! I hope I get some Valkyries I don't have yet."
After rolling her wrist a little, the Herrscher of Flamescion used those random Valkyrie Fragments!

The moment she saw the Flame Sakitama Fragments, the Herrscher of Flamescion's heart sank halfway. Sure enough, there was a duplicate—and an excess one at that... Flame Sakitama had long since reached SSS rank.
Still... there were only ten of them.
