Giada looked at Elysia expectantly, seemingly unable to wait to see her reaction.
"A surprise?"
"Alright! Let me guess... could it be the remaining four Kaleid Blood? Giada, have you found them all?"
After thinking for a while, Elysia guessed that the greatest surprise Giada had prepared for her was probably the remaining Kaleid Blood.
Of the twelve Kaleid Blood, only four had been missing.
She had not taken any action for over a year, all because she had been waiting for news from Giada.
"No, you guessed wrong! Although I've already collected the remaining four Kaleid Blood for you, Elysia, that hardly counts as a surprise big enough to leave you stunned."
Giada shook her head. Come to think of it... while the Tenth and the last Kaleid Blood still at large had taken some time to locate, it was not enough to explain why she had only come to see Elysia now.
There was another reason.
"...Then I can't guess."
Even after thinking for a long time, Elysia had no clue.
"Forget it, I won't make things difficult for you!"
Seeing Elysia's bewildered expression, Giada did not tease her further. She merely clapped her hands, and four identical girls emerged from behind her.
They were the remaining Kaleid Blood...
Three of them were much like the other vessels, looking like dolls. Only the girl at the edge looked truly lifelike.
Her reactions were more like those of an ordinary person...
She should be Number Ten.
What drew Elysia's attention even more, however, was the little girl being held in the arms of one of the Kaleid Blood. She looked only two or three years old.
She should be a vampire as well. She looked like a miniature Giada, but her eyes... were exactly the same as Elysia's.
