Watching the centipede monster die completely before her eyes, even its corpse absorbed by Higanbana as flower fertilizer, Aso Yuna finally let out a sigh of relief.

She put away her bow and thanked Higanbana before her. "Thank you, Sister Higanbana!"

"It's nothing. I was getting a little hungry anyway!"

The flower before her suddenly transformed into a teenage girl in a kimono. The girl looked leisurely at Aso Yuna and waved her hand dismissively.

"You should head back early. Otherwise, the yokai and evil spirits ahead will only keep increasing."

Seeing the monster dead, Seele supported Iki Hiyori as they continued toward the shrine. Iki Hiyori, meanwhile, looked at Aso Yuna and Higanbana with great interest. This was completely the first time she had ever seen a battle like this.
