They had not walked far before Rice Ear Princess led Seele and Dark Seele to a fairly large bookstore and went straight inside.

The first things that caught their eyes were several hugely popular novels from this world, along with magazines, shonen manga, and standalone light novels.

Rice Ear Princess had probably come here several times before. Without pausing at all, she headed deeper inside. There were not many people in the bookstore, only four or five customers browsing for books they liked.

Rice Ear Princess stopped beside a bookshelf. Seele followed her gaze for a few moments and saw that it was filled with yuri manga and light novels. It seemed Rice Ear Princess really was interested in this sort of thing.

Seele did not particularly mind, though. After all, this was not Inari from some orthodox mythological world.

After looking around, Seele realized that she had not seen most of the manga in this world before, though they were similar to the series being serialized on her phone. After searching for a while without finding anything that interested her, she said something to Rice Ear Princess and wandered over to the bookstore's other sections with Dark Seele.

Seele had only made it halfway around when the books on the shelf before her caught her attention. A glance at the category sign confirmed it—this was the adults-only doujin manga section.

At the moment, a slightly chubby young man who looked every bit the hardcore otaku was also picking through manga here. What was rather admirable, however, was that despite browsing adults-only doujin manga, he wore an utterly serious expression, as though the books before him were part of some important job.
