What Are You Doing

"It's alright, I suppose! Let's just make do and stay here for the night..."

Seele didn't think too much about it. Although she had felt a little shy earlier, she had long since calmed down. When she really thought about it, it wasn't as if she were staying with some boy.

She was just with herself, so what was the big deal?

It was just sleeping here for one night, a perfectly normal thing to do...

With that, Seele walked straight inside. After kicking off her shoes, her feet, encased in white socks, stepped onto the room's soft brown carpet.

Dark Seele closed the door and followed her in. She watched Seele sitting on the sofa, said nothing, and simply raised her snow-white arms to slip off her outer garment.

"Wait... wait a second, what are you doing?"

Seele watched Dark Seele's uninhibited actions, and, not sure what she was thinking, hurriedly asked.

"What am I doing? Taking a bath, of course!"

Dark Seele replied as if it were the most natural thing in the world. It was already night, and wasn't the first thing to do before sleeping... to take a bath?

"A bath?"

Seele froze, looking at her in confusion. Did Dark Seele even need to bathe? She wasn't a real human; even her body was just a quantum construct! Wasn't this a bit superfluous? It wasn't necessary at all...

"So, Seele, do you want to join me?"

Dark Seele tilted her pretty face, asking softly with a hint of anticipation in her eyes.

"I don't need to. Why don't you go ahead and wash first..."

Although she didn't quite understand why this other version of herself wanted to bathe, Seele didn't want to join her.

"Let's just do it together, Seele. You've stayed with Aso Yuna before,
