Yan Ju attempted to cultivate the Life-and-Death Reincarnation Scripture, using this body as his foundation to first walk the path of merging with two origin-level innate Great Daos. If he succeeded, then his true body could naturally follow the same pattern.
However, Yan Ju also noticed that the Barbaric Lands and the Azure Talisman Realm were somewhat different.
Though both involved the Great Dao of heaven and earth, the innate Great Daos of the Azure Talisman Divine Land emphasized three transformations: origin, secondary, and branch. If one cultivated a branch Dao, such as the Dao of Vitality beneath the wood attribute, one would later have to elevate one's own Dao, raising it into the Dao of Wood, then from the Dao of Wood into the innate five elements. Or one could comprehend innate life and death, even innate creation, and then attempt to merge two opposing origin-level innate Great Daos, only then having hope of reaching Great Luo.
Alternatively, one could elevate it to the origin of a secondary Dao, then attempt to walk a single Dao, severing one's connection to the Great Dao of heaven and earth before trying to step into the realm of Great Luo.
And the Dao of Vitality alone was insufficient to support a Primordial Unity Golden Immortal in breaking through to Great Luo.
Yet the Barbaric Lands seemed to have no such restrictions.
Could branch Daos there also have the hope of stepping into Great Luo?
"Or perhaps the barbaric gods have yet to fully investigate the various systems, leaving their inheritances riddled with traps? Or perhaps the branch Daos of the Barbaric Lands are far stronger than those of the Azure Talisman Realm, enough to support the birth of True One Divine Realm Heavenly Venerables?"
Yan Ju pondered inwardly.
