Horikita looked at the first applicant. "End this round. Once your application closes, the resource will be released."
"If you don't end it, Class Preparation will keep waiting."

"After it ends, can Sudo's class application enter immediately?"

Sudo did not object.
He tucked the Second Backup Location materials beneath the class page and voluntarily added the team roster and withdrawal conditions.
"If confirmation cannot be completed after the resource is released, I will withdraw this application and preserve the original preparation records."
The third line entered the withdrawal conditions into the class application.
This meant Class Preparation was no longer merely waiting for the individual to finish; it now had its own exit route.
After reading that line, the first applicant lowered her head and looked at her own completion conditions.
If she closed it now, Class D would not immediately obtain the Second Backup Location, but it would gain another chance to review it.
If she continued occupying it, Class Preparation would not automatically be completed, and the deadline would continue drawing closer.
