Sharingan Showdown

From afar, Jin spotted two Root shinobi hiding in the shadows. Guessing they were merely sentries, he ignored them and headed straight for Danzo's house. To confirm that his invisibility technique could truly evade Danzo's notice, Jin deliberately approached one of the Root members, remaining on high alert the entire time. When Jin stood directly before him, the Root member did not even blink. Boldly drawing a kunai, Jin slowly advanced toward the Root member, inadvertently releasing killing intent. The two Root members immediately tensed and stared ahead. Startled, Jin quickly put away the kunai, and his killing intent vanished with it.

"What was that? I just felt a wave of killing intent aimed at me. Did you feel it too?" Root Member A asked nervously.

"I felt it too, but I didn't see anyone." Root Member B looked around.

"He must be invisible. Stay alert. The person who stole Lord Danzo's things last time must have been him," Root Member A said, seeming to suddenly recall it.

"I'll report this to Lord Danzo." Root Member B immediately ran toward Danzo's house.

Jin did not move, merely contemplating the words of the two Root members. So they really can't see me. As long as I don't leak killing intent, there's nothing they can do to me. Let's see whether Danzo can detect me. He probably can't.

"You two, quickly gather four squads. I'll handle this place." Danzo gave the order. After the two left, he spoke to the air. "Speak! Who are you? What is your purpose in coming here?"

Jin looked at Danzo, who was right in front of him, and scarcely dared to breathe, afraid of exposing himself. When no one answered for a long while, Danzo muttered to himself, "What's going on? Is no one there? The Root squad wouldn't be mistaken! Could this be a diversion? Oh no!" Danzo sprinted toward the deep valley at incredible speed. Jin silently marveled at his speed. That's way too fast! He's five times faster than me! Where is he going? Judging by his expression, it must be somewhere important. I'll take a look first!

The two raced toward the deep valley, one after the other.

"Come out! I know you're already here! May I ask what business you have with me?" Danzo stopped and turned around.

Jin froze, breaking out in a cold sweat. Has he really discovered me? Jin ran to Danzo's right, but Danzo still did not move. So he was trying to lure me out. Looks like my life is safe for now! Jin, dressed in black night clothes with his face covered, dispelled his invisibility and stood before Danzo. "My purpose is to kill you," Jin said coldly, while bringing his body to its peak condition.

"Oh? Hahaha, how ridiculous!" Danzo burst into laughter.

"Genjutsu! Darkness Technique! Let's see you laugh now!" Jin swiftly unleashed the First Hokage's famous ultimate technique.

"What? Impossible! How do you know the Second Hokage's genjutsu?" Danzo cried out in horror. Darkness filled his vision. Then Jin shouted again, "Wood Release! Adamantine Wood! Wood Release! All Creation!" In an instant, Danzo was surrounded and attacked by a mass of trees. The wildly growing trees crushed Danzo until he was nearly deformed. However, the good times did not last. All the trees instantly withered away. Jin secretly regretted it. My control still isn't good enough!

"So that's all you can do? Let me show you my true strength!" Danzo emerged from the other side.

Jin looked at Danzo and said, "I knew you wouldn't die so easily. I fell under your genjutsu just now. So you've finally removed the bandage from the right side of your face? I already knew your right eye was a Sharingan! Why not remove the bandages from your right arm too?"

"You must die today! Knowing too many secrets is not a good thing!" Danzo sneered.

"I know it'll be difficult for me to kill you with my current abilities, but one day, sooner or later, I will kill you!" Jin stared at Danzo and made his threat, while preparing his next move.

"You boastful brat. Don't think that just because I haven't attacked yet, my strength is inferior to yours." Danzo's three-tomoe Sharingan spun.

"Damn it, you actually dared to control my mind. Let me show you the Mangekyō Sharingan. Open!" Jin directly activated his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. "Heh heh, let's see whose Sharingan is stronger."

"You actually evolved your Sharingan into the Mangekyō Sharingan! No matter what, I must keep you here today! Let me show you the power of genjutsu." Danzo glared at Jin viciously. You've only just learned the Darkness Technique and haven't mastered it yet. Do you think the First Hokage's ninjutsu is invincible? You actually dared challenge me! Heh heh, the Mangekyō Sharingan will be mine!

The two stared intently at one another and began casting genjutsu against each other. Jin was overjoyed. You idiot, you still don't know I'm immune to genjutsu, do you? You'll be the first to taste the full power of Fallen Netherworld!

"This is bad! What place is this? I've fallen under a genjutsu! Half of my mental energy and chakra are gone! Release me, now!" Danzo realized what had happened the instant he entered the terrifying illusion of Fallen Netherworld. Only after forming several hand seals to dispel the illusion did Danzo barely escape Fallen Netherworld. With eighty percent of his mental energy, stamina, and chakra drained, he dropped to his knees.

Jin was not doing well either. When Jin had designed this overpowered ultimate move in the game before, he had set its chakra cost at twenty percent for the sake of game balance. Now, Jin wanted nothing more than to slap himself a few times. Why had he bothered with game balance? Since Jin had just used several of the First Hokage's famous ultimate techniques and had expended seventy percent of his chakra in order to maximize their power, he now had only ten percent left. Jin smiled. "Danzo, aren't you my opponent? Now, go meet the Reaper! Water Release! Water Dragon Bullet!" A water dragon rushed toward Danzo.

"Substitution... Technique!" Danzo barely managed to cry out.

Jin had been watching Danzo's expression the entire time. The water dragon had only been a probe; his opponent was a Kage-level powerhouse, and even the slightest carelessness could get Jin killed. Seeing that Danzo was already at the end of his strength, Jin used the Body Flicker Technique to appear before him. "Big Ball Rasengan!"
