On the coast, Xia Liang paused at the Snow Empress's question, then replied:
"A Soul Beast becoming a Heavenly Lord? Ask Di Tian. I don't know what happens after a Soul Beast becomes a Heavenly Lord either."
There had yet to be an example of a Soul Beast becoming a Heavenly Lord, and the Ice and Fire Continent was certainly different from the Douluo Continent, so Xia Liang couldn't be sure what would happen.
But Xia Liang was certain of one thing: Soul Beasts were better suited to becoming Heavenly Lords than humans.
Nearby, Di Tian turned to look over when he heard Xia Liang mention him, and the Snow Empress repeated her question.
"Soul Beasts are indeed suited to becoming Heavenly Lords. A Heavenly Lord merges their body with the heavenly veins and becomes part of heaven and earth itself. After becoming a Heavenly Lord, they no longer need to undergo tribulation lightning. Barring outside interference, a Soul Beast's innate lack of a lifespan limit would allow that Heavenly Lord to live on forever, attaining immortality."
"However, they would need to reach at least seven hundred thousand years."
Immortality was within arm's reach, without even needing to become a god. But at the same time, they would be confined to the heavenly veins. As long as the heavenly veins existed, evil aura would continue to breed.
This also restricted a Heavenly Lord's movements. However, since the heavenly veins of the Douluo Continent and the Sun Moon Continent had yet to truly revive, there would be far less evil aura there.
They would become busy later, though.
"If you want the Titan Snow Demon King to become the Heavenly Lord of the Extreme North, he isn't strong enough yet."
