A high-energy particle beam—just hearing the name sounded dangerous. And Ch'en had seen Black Star's power firsthand; even raging Catastrophes had been swallowed in an instant. She had no doubt that Bronya could destroy Lungmen with a single shot.
So was this... particle beam... safe or not?

"Do you need something?"
"Yes. You need not worry about being unable to sleep. I am still at the shrine, and the shrine stands in Lungmen."
Hoshino comforted the little dragon girl's heart.
"Me, unable to sleep? How could that be?!"
Ch'en's first reaction was not gratitude, but embarrassed denial. That was only natural—her pride would not allow her to admit such a thing.
Hoshino transformed back into Yae Sakura and stood atop the Tenshukaku. A cool breeze gently passed through the gaps, lifting her long hair and wide sleeves. Rather than shyly holding down her skirt, she held the phone in one hand
