(I had a really tasty patch today, so here's an extra chapter.)

Accelerated by an eruption of stellar energy, Texas charged at Bai Ye like a meteor.

Before she even arrived, Bai Ye could already feel the fierce wind she kicked up.

"Thud—"

The girl threw another punch at the shield before Bai Ye.

The shield shook violently, light rippling across its surface before it finally shattered into motes of light in the air.

However, most of the kinetic force in Texas's fist had also been absorbed by the shield.

"Not bad. That was a Fierce-tier shield, Texas. You've already broken through your limits."

Bai Ye had said before that humans had limits.

Texas had been at the peak of the Strong tier for some time, but she had reached her limit.
