(I bought the Dark Souls Remastered version for NS, and my group chat friends actually tried to talk me into adding 200 words for every death. Of course I wasn't going to believe that nonsense.)

Rhodes Island had gradually begun moving away from Lungmen, though relatively speaking, it was still quite close.

After registering his departure from the island on the terminal, Bai Ye flew out through the window of his room.

Using light refraction to conceal himself in midair, Bai Ye also released some holy light energy to disrupt the energy fluctuations around his body, rendering conventional detection-type Originium Arts and monitoring equipment ineffective.

Terra's dependence on Originium and Originium Arts exceeded Bai Ye's expectations. An entire series of technological branches had been built upon Originium; even certain components in electronic devices were Originium products.

So long as he continually interfered with Originium Arts, Bai Ye could block most methods of detection.

About half an hour later, Bai Ye arrived at Lungmen. Rather than registering at the entrance, he flew straight past the detection systems and city defenses into Lungmen.

His objective was clear: the administrative chief's command building in the Lungmen Core District.

Bai Ye had originally wanted to fly directly in through Wei Yenwu's office window, but unfortunately, Wei Yenwu had finally had all the glass windows installed. That disappointed Bai Ye somewhat.

Descending slowly, Bai Ye remained invisible as he infiltrated the administrative building through the first-floor entrance.

Using Eagle Eye, Bai Ye quickly locked onto Wei Yenwu's location...

Wei Yenwu's office door was tightly locked, and there was no one around.
