Chen Hui-chieh clinked glasses with Hoshiguma again, then left the cafeteria with some packed food.

"These sisters never should have had to suffer so much..."

Bai Ye watched Chen Hui-chieh's departing figure and let out a soft sigh.

"There are countless siblings separated across this land. Old Chen and Talulah are already fortunate—they went through so much and still managed to meet again..."

Hoshiguma seemed similarly moved. She reached out and patted Bai Ye on the shoulder.

Bai Ye nodded. Compared to Wei Yenwu and Edward, the next generation's story was clearly much better than the previous one's.

As they spoke, the lights throughout the cafeteria suddenly dimmed.

In the dimness, Bai Ye took Texas's hand and curiously looked toward Amiya at the center of the "stage." He had no idea what the little girl was planning to perform.

For a moment, the entire cafeteria fell silent, and every operator quietly looked at Amiya.

Though it was not her first time being watched by so many operators, performing before this many people truly was a first for the little girl.

Her small face reddened slightly. Amiya took a deep breath, then picked up a violin and rested it against her shoulder.
