On his third activation of Eagle Eye, Bai Ye spotted his target on the ice field not far away.

Quickly walking up to the figure marked with a yellow glow, Bai Ye saw a cute-looking young girl.

The girl glided across the endless ice field, wearing specially made boots that allowed her to move quickly over ice and snow.

Two drones circled overhead above her.

The temperature was around minus 45 degrees Celsius, yet the drones were somehow still flying normally and steadily.

"Hi~"

Bai Ye waved at the girl in the distance.

"Whoa!!!"

The girl seemed to notice Bai Ye. She froze for a moment, then let out a startled cry.

"Wait, Magellan, did you just see a ghost waving at you? She may be pretty, but she has to be a ghost. This is the northern lands—how could anyone else be here?"

"C-could it really be a ghost in the snow?"

While the girl was talking to herself, Bai Ye flashed right in front of her, appearing before her.

As it happened, Bai Ye heard what the girl was muttering, and his face immediately darkened. He said:

"I'm not a ghost!"

Good heavens, someone had actually called a priest a ghost. That was even more outrageous than calling Uncle Jiu a zombie!

Not every ghost was Alice! Positive-energy Holy Light and negative energy could hardly coexist.

(Note: Alice, the female lead of Diablo: Destruction, was a ghost by race, a saintess by class, and liked eating diamonds.)

"Mm-hmm, not a ghost! Right, how could it be a ghost? No, no, I have to look at this scientifically!!"

"If it's a new species, that'll be an incredible discovery! Go, Magellan!"

This girl apparently had not noticed Bai Ye, who had flashed right in front
