Once the time was right, Chen Hui-chieh personally led the Lungmen Guard Department's Special Inspection Group to seal off the scene. Bai Ye and the others withdrew from the battle amid the chaos. Their mission was already complete; now, they only needed to leave the stage to the protagonist making his final entrance.
"Heh, I never expected the Lungmen Guard Department to intervene personally." Gambino had calmed down by now and was beginning to realize that something was wrong.

Capone, beaten black and blue by Bai Ye, quickly led his trusted men to throw down their weapons and lie facedown on the ground with their hands over their heads.
"You... what is the meaning of this?!" Gambino glared at Capone with a livid face. "You call yourself a Sicilian in this cowardly state?!"
"Only the living deserve to be called Sicilians... You idiot, Syracuse's business keeps getting worse because of your soft-heartedness."
"You've turned Syracuse's winning hand into a complete disaster!"
Capone's tone dripped with mockery, as though he were saying, "Fine, I'll lay my cards on the table. I'm done pretending."
Gambino's men still wanted to resist, but the Lungmen Guard Department officers led by Chen Hui-chieh swiftly subdued and arrested them.
"Damn it, when exactly did you betray the family? Betray the Sicilians?!" Gambino demanded furiously.
"You don't represent the family." Capone scoffed at him.
"But don't forget, there's a bomb here—enough to blow half the block sky-high. Setting it off in the middle of the carnival would be quite entertaining, wouldn't it?" Gambino said as he reached into his clothes for the detonator.
But after searching for a long time, he came up empty-handed.
