The Celestials could be called humanity's creators. Their experiments had begun a million years ago, and even now, they were still observing Earth.
Sentry—the Void power within Sentry possessed the power of a million stars. Combined with Sentry's own strength, he was probably the strongest superhero in Marvel.
Molecule Man—a cosmic powerhouse who had destroyed the Beyonder and driven his power back into the universe. The Beyonder was an infant of the Beyonders, an existence above everything in the multiverse. To the realm beyond, the entire multiverse was like a drop of water in the sea. So—Molecule Man was probably the strongest human.
If they truly fought, Sentry and Molecule Man would not fear the Celestials.
Mind you, they simply would not fear them...
Sentry and Molecule Man were far stronger than the weaker Celestials, such as Ego. Of course, only the weaker ones. Take One Above All, for example. He was the leader of the Celestials, an existence beyond every mythological Heavenly Father, the most powerful life-form in this multiverse and all other realms.
Bullying a Celestial infant like Ego was fine. But facing an entire Celestial squad, Hayato felt it was better to stay calm.
"I am Explorer," said the first Celestial to appear. "Human, you are very special."
Explorer spoke in an obscure, incomprehensible language, yet Hayato understood him.
Their communication took place more on a mental level.
For example, Hayato could speak Chinese and Explorer would understand without translation.
"Hehe~"
Hayato smiled. Being special did not mean he would let them study him.
The Celestials enjoyed studying other life-forms.
Look at Ego. He too enjoyed studying life, an instinct rooted in their consciousness.
Hayato asked, "Why did you stop me? Because he is one of the Celestials?"
Explorer said, "Yes. Every Celestial has their own duty.
