Background

Huo Yuhao awakens memories of a previous life and learns that he was meant to become the God of Emotion as the Douluo Continent’s Child of Destiny. He rejects that predetermined future after discovering that “That Adult” manipulated his future self and used Wang Dong’er and the Auspicious Beast Lady in the creation of Tang Wutong to control him. He vows to oppose the gods rather than become their instrument 2.

He is the third son of White Tiger Duke Dai Hao. His childhood status brought him abuse rather than privilege: he and his mother were oppressed by the White Tiger Duke’s Mansion, and his mother’s death resulted from beatings by its people.
