A brief explanation: when I write, I usually write ten or twenty thousand words for a chapter, then edit and split it into chapters as I upload. But sometimes, while revising, I forget that the chapters haven't been properly divided yet, and mistakes like this happen. I'm still not rigorous enough.
Sometimes I notice it right after posting and simply fix it; it's fine, and basically no one is affected. But other times, I don't notice immediately, and a day or two passes—like now—so it gets really awkward.
