Chapter Summaries

Gary took Rosa and Hilda to a remote town near Sunyshore to catch a Gible, a mischievous Pseudo-legendary Pokémon that had been attacking visitors to the Back Mountain. After hearing that local children had failed to catch it, they headed to the mountain, where Gary sensed the Gible might be nearby.

• Gary brought Rosa and Hilda to a remote town because he had learned that a Pseudo-legendary Pokémon had appeared there.
• At the Pokémon Center, Nurse Joy explained that a strong, mischievous Gible had injured children who tried to catch it and kept escaping its pursuers.

Gary freed the Lake Guardians from Cyrus’s control and battled Cyrus and Charon after Cyrus refused to abandon his plan. Gary’s Darkrai defeated Houndoom and Crobat, and Cyrus called on Charon to join the fight.

• Cyrus sent out his level 81 Weavile, while Charon revealed his Heatran to fight Gary.
• Gary summoned Dialga and Palkia through the marks they had left behind, leaving Cyrus and Charon stunned.
• Cyrus ordered Weavile to use Dark Pulse, and Charon commanded Heatran to attack Palkia with Flamethrower, but Dialga and Palkia easily broke both moves.
