Gary and Lance faced off as the other trainers drew Team Rocket’s members away, and Gary’s Aggron defeated Lance’s Weezing before battling Crobat. The chapter left Crobat launching Confuse Ray at Aggron, while Gary revealed he had anticipated the attack.
