Uchiha Yū stood beneath a conical hat, looking down over the entire village from above. As word of the meeting spread, he could clearly sense more and more shinobi entering Amegakure.
"More than fifty. There's also one particularly powerful presence. He crawled out of the lake."
A pair of Rinnegan stared at the hurried shinobi below.
The Rain Tiger at Will Technique could detect shinobi entering the village. The air was saturated with Nagato's immense chakra, and anyone touched by the raindrops would immediately reveal their physical form.
The effects of this ninjutsu were extremely subtle. It could only be used in conjunction with the weather; no one would imagine that the unceasing drizzle was actually a ninjutsu.
Behind his mask, Uchiha Yū frowned slightly. Following Nagato's gaze into the distance, his Sharingan seemed able to see through everything as he slowly shook his head.
"Whether they're enemies or friends, I don't know. But coming in at a time like this, they must have some mission or conspiracy."
He did not care how many shinobi had entered, nor did he care how strong they were.
By choosing not to seal off the village, Uchiha Yū displayed his confidence.
"A large number of shinobi are gathering outside and gradually closing in on the village. This place will soon become a vortex."
The entire village lay under his control. Nagato extended a hand, and the rain before him changed from a drizzle into a downpour.
