Void Space

Two consecutive attacks left Otsutsuki Yingshiki struggling to cope. Looking at the rising sun before her, she had no intention of taking the enemy's attack with her body. She immediately revealed her strongest form. The eye on her forehead opened, and the incoming Atomic Fission descended from the sky.

"Secret Art! Void Space!"

Layer upon layer of energy fell into it. Otsutsuki Yingshiki's folded space saved her life at the critical moment.

All of Uchiha Yū's surging energy was folded away by it. The energy itself had not diminished, but the distance over which it traveled had been lengthened by her spatial folding. An attack that should have reached Otsutsuki Yingshiki in one second lingered in midair for several seconds.

Using those few seconds of respite, Otsutsuki Yingshiki evaded the attack. Only then did Uchiha Yū's attack strike the ground, creating a shockwave-like area of damage.

Looking at the lava below, Otsutsuki Yingshiki saw that the entire area had been utterly devastated by the attack. The exposed rocks were covered in cracks, and the intense heat had even begun to melt the stone. Her eye twitched as she stared grimly at Uchiha Yū below, thinking that if she were hit head-on by such an attack, she would probably lose her ability to fight immediately.

"Where did this monster come from?"

She had not even seen Otsutsuki Kaguya yet, and she was already in such a sorry state. On top of that, the fate of her companion was still unknown. After suffering one blow after another, Otsutsuki Yingshiki could only feel that this mission might very well end in disaster.

"Wait!"
