Just now, Qin An had sensed a trace of a Dragon Vein within this world.
By all rights, a shattered world like this could not have a Dragon Vein, yet he had unmistakably felt one.
What was more, he had sensed something different within it.
It was not merely a Dragon Vein. There was also the broken will of a world on the brink of destruction.
Unlike the Myriad Worlds Body Qin An had encountered before, these wills had not perished. They truly still existed.
As Qin An pondered this, the elder finished what he was doing.
The elder set down the jade disc in his hands and looked at Qin An.
"Lord Qin, we've finished notifying them. What were you thinking about just now?"
A hint of puzzlement crossed the elder's face. He could not tell what had occupied Qin An's thoughts.
Qin An came back to himself. Rather than pursue the subject, he shook his head and said, "Let's set that aside. What came of your discussions?"
Though what he had sensed puzzled him, now was not the time to discuss it. What mattered most was learning how the elder's talks with the other worlds had gone.
That was the first order of business.
Only once those matters were settled could Qin An put his mind at ease.
The elder gathered his thoughts and shook his head. "Most of the worlds agreed. They're willing to become your allies and help your world fight the Heavenly Demons and the worlds that have sided with them."
"But a few worlds refused. They're waiting for something. I think you know what it is better than I do, Lord Qin."
Qin An frowned. "You mean they're waiting for the Heavenly Demons to find them so they can agree to become their lackeys?"
