Emperor Xuanwu reacted at once. He left the Imperial Study and stood atop the palace, watching Qin An fly into the sky.
"What is he going to do?"

"After all, he has his reasons for everything he does now. Even I have no way to interfere."
He spoke bluntly, but that was simply how things stood.
Not only did he have no right to interfere, he would actively let Qin An do as he wished, without restraint.
