Chu He looked around, then lowered his head and asked.
To his surprise, the paper child's rouge cheeks trembled. Its face stiffened, its gaze went blank, as though its soul had been snatched away. It ignored Chu He.

Chu He reached out and tore the paper man in front of him to shreds.
"You go mute the moment I arrive? What kind of junk are you?"
The other paper men trembled and all backed away several steps.
Chu He acted as though he had seen nothing. With his hands clasped behind his back, he strode into the courtyard with his head held high, walking with the bearing of a dragon and a tiger.
"Heh heh heh..."
The moment Chu He entered the courtyard, an old man in burial clothes appeared from who knew where. Like a zombie, he hopped and skipped over, stopped before Chu He, and made a smiling face. Once he had done so, he turned to hop away.

Chu He shook his hand with an unlucky look on his face, then turned to the group of paper men frozen in place. Unhappily, he said, "I'm already here. Was there really a need to test me? Aren't you afraid I'll tear this whole place down?"
