"Disciple Fang Shu pays respects to Master!"

Fang Shu stepped forward, immediately drawing everyone's attention.

Immortal Long Gu studied him with interest and asked, "What is it?"

Fang Shu did not hem and haw. He said directly, "Reporting to Master, this disciple has listened to the Dao over a hundred times in the Scripture Hall within the temple and has completed nine years since entering the mountain. Now that I have also entered the selection for inner disciples, I beg Master to allocate one of the two Yin-Yang Gu Pits to this disciple to aid my cultivation."

The Venom Hall disciples around them immediately wore expressions of eager spectators upon hearing Fang Shu ask for a Gu pit. Quite a few gazes turned directly toward the fifth brother, Huai Liangxing.
