The Moonshadow Queen had long ceased involving herself in political affairs, yet none of her commands would still be rejected by the Thirteen-Person Council.
Almost everyone could sense the conflict within the Thirteen-Person Council between pure-blooded elves and half-elves.
But as long as the Moonshadow Queen remained alive, those disputes could only stay beneath the surface.
The pure-blooded elves naturally would not defy the Moonshadow Queen.
The half-elves likewise revered the Moonshadow Queen, because she had given them their current status.
