As everyone knew, the combat strength of giants and orcs was worlds apart.
In most wars, half-elves could inflict enormous damage upon orcs. Only when facing giants would they suffer setbacks.
Thus, in the eyes of many half-elf nobles, although Charles had used human cavalry to defeat many orc forces,
it was not truly such a great achievement.
Every half-elf noble had large numbers of human cannon fodder under their command.
They knew all too well how capable that human cannon fodder was.
They were utter trash.
