Trying to fight their way out would likely be beyond their strength, while holding the cabin was clearly a dead end. Which should they choose?
Just as Flower Duck and the others were agonizing over their indecision, the person outside solved this difficult choice for them. Through the hair-thin crack in the door, so narrow that even blood could only seep through slowly, an almost transparent arm swiftly slipped inside. It stretched endlessly, and with the dexterity of someone who could see with their own eyes, easily found the button to open the door.
That transparent hand gripped the button.
And twisted hard.
