If not for Theron, Zeus would have stopped Prometheus no matter what. He would have found a way to eliminate this hidden danger.

But Theron could not be ignored. He had even specifically sent someone to deliver the lightning.

Zeus looked at the divine artifact in his hand. It was much smaller than the original Thunder Scepter, yet just as weighty. He could only forcibly suppress the unease in his heart and watch coldly.

The reason Zeus had returned to Mount Olympus now was to obtain this newly forged divine artifact. But the weapon could not yet unleash lightning. It first needed to store it before it could release it.

Zeus had originally planned to go straight to Theron and have him foresee where the next thunderstorm would appear. Only by regaining control of lightning as soon as possible could he feel at ease.

But seeing that Epimetheus, the fool in the eyes of the gods and the god of hindsight, had already created so many marvelous things, he could not help but worry about what Prometheus, the clever god of foresight, might come up with.

For a moment, that worry made him feel that the lightning could wait.

Yet Prometheus was completely unaware of the God King's anxiety. With Theron's assurance, the god of foresight knew that he was absolutely safe.

He no longer had so many reservations and began seriously considering what he should create.

His first thought was to create creatures with forms like those of the gods, similar to the Golden Humans of old.

But to him, the Golden Humans seemed more like accessories to the gods. Though they were not as powerful as gods themselves, they lived in complete dependence on them and lacked a measure of self-awareness.
