Li Changshou kept replaying what he had just done...
It still felt somewhat unreal.
He had not even exerted himself, yet the other party had already gone down;
And not only had he gone down himself, he had even dragged another big shot into the pit with him...
Li Changshou had long experienced what sort of fool Grandpa Zhao was, and more or less understood his character.
If not for the heavy karma surrounding Grandpa Zhao, Li Changshou would actually have been quite willing to befriend him.
But this True Person Huang Long...
Was he truly so honest and loyal, or was he a big-eared thief?
People's hearts were separated by their bellies; he still dared not draw a conclusion.
Seated in the underground secret chamber beneath the pill room, Li Changshou rubbed his brow and spread out two sheets of paper. On the first sheet, he drew several special symbols—
A chicken drumstick, a night-shining cup, a bamboo basket, a slingshot, and orchid grass.
He then placed this sheet directly in front of him and drew a pile of little "things" on the second.
A tiny sapling in the center represented his own Great Mage;
Beneath the sapling sat a stick figure, representing Li Changshou himself—taking shelter beneath a great tree.
Next, to the left of the little tree, he drew a crab, using it to represent Grandpa Zhao, who ran rampant without restraint.
Behind the crab were three clumps of seaweed, representing the Three Xiāo Fairies. One clump had clearly received far too much ink and appeared exceptionally vivid, while the other two were merely sketched in with a stroke each.
Li Changshou then drew a small ding missing one leg, representing Qin Wan; nine dots above the ding represented the Ten Heavenly Lords of Golden Ao Island.
