Throughout this process, the Thousand-Man Herrschers did not forget to unleash all their firepower, pouring the wrath of the Divine Apostles onto the portal.
The Thousand-Man Herrschers' End
The instant they leaped out of the portal, Moros, Elysia, and the others were deeply shaken by the sight before them.
Beneath the vast night sky, several enormous Floating Battleships hurtled toward Moth to Fire Headquarters below in a nearly suicidal charge.
The roar of the battleships' engines pierced the surrounding silence and tore through the deep night sky.
Metal and Collapse Energy collided violently, unleashing a terrifying force.
Every thunderous roar seemed to rise from a bottomless abyss, carrying an intense summons that made the air around them tremble violently. It even felt as though the barriers of space itself were on the verge of collapse beneath the impact of that overwhelming power.
The overloaded thrusters spewed dazzling light, streaking across the night sky like meteors and leaving behind brilliant yet deadly trails, dyeing the horizon into an apocalyptic battlefield.
At the same time, the Floating Battleships' main and secondary cannons opened fire together. Artillery rained down like a storm, shrouding the area where Moth to Fire Headquarters stood in a sea of flames and smoke.
Fire raged through the darkness, devouring everything in sight.
Smoke filled the air and blended into the night, making it impossible to distinguish the boundary between reality and illusion.
"Moros!"
Elysia tightly gripped the necromancer's hand, her eyes shimmering with a pleading light.
Her voice carried a faint, almost imperceptible tremor.
"We... we can't just stand by and watch this happen. Once those steel behemoths hit the ground, the consequences will be unimaginable..."
Feeling the warmth of Elysia's palm and her anxiety, Moros gently patted the back of her hand, giving her a firm response.
