Hibari began training under Tobirama and joined Hiruzen on a mission to secure the Seven-Tails for Takigakure. After Hibari helped restrain Chomei and Hashirama defeated Kakuzu, the mission earned Hibari a large reward, while Reigetsu reported his potential to Byakuren.

  • Hibari entered Tobirama’s sealed warehouse with Tsunade’s help, then faced Tobirama in a sparring match and demonstrated his Rasengan and Adamantine Sealing Chains.

  • Hibari ambushed Madara and struck him with a Rasengan, allowing Hashirama to kill him, and afterward, Hashirama, Hiruzen, and Hibari buried Madara, and Mito sealed the Nine-Tails inside herself.
