He shattered them with the Power of Finality, and the Star Network and Aura’s defenders destroyed the fragments, though the attack hinted that Atlant’s long peace was ending.

• Xia'er rescued Reinhart from space and brought him back to the Sanctum, where Sorog explained that the Desolate Stars came from an ancient Primordial Wild God.
• Sorog told Reinhart that more Desolate Stars would arrive within three years and that Nausir had been paralyzed by the Fury Curse; Reinhart vowed to stop the threat.

• Garos felt the Material Plane suppressing him and decided that adapting to its laws might offer a path toward greater security, though he cautioned himself against rushing.
