Ch. 744Great Expedition, Ultimate Calm

Ten Thousand Ominous Manifestations revived in a barren Material World and began rebuilding its strength while planning how to seize Garos’s Adaptive Evolution Divine Power. After Garos recovered from their battle, he prepared Sacred Aura’s Great Expedition and left for the Fey Wilds to consult Titania about the Ferrous Dragon King’s legacy.

  • Ten Thousand Ominous Manifestations emerged as a flesh ball, devoured a sand-scorpion, and spread mutations and slaughter across the world as it restored its strength.
  • Ten Thousand Ominous Manifestations recognized that its chaotic Mutation Divine Power opposed Garos’s orderly Adaptive Evolution and considered luring him into the Outer Planes or fighting him again in the Material Plane.
  • Garos recovered in the Dragon Lair, examined the incomplete Mutation Divine Power, and discussed the empire’s victory and future plans with Sorog and Samantha.
  • Garos ordered Sacred Aura to compile intelligence on other Material Worlds before choosing a target for the Great Expedition, and said he would visit Faerûn to check on Galkro and Laria.
  • Sorog asked when they would pursue the Ferrous Dragon King’s legacy, and Garos said he would ask Titania for advice during a visit to the Joyful Court.
  • Garos told Samantha to prepare to lead the expedition, then opened a rift and entered the Fey Wilds.

Ch. 745Ascension Stairway, Godhood Holy Emblem

Garos completed his Ascension Stairway in the Fey Wilds and became the Lord of Victory and Glory, with his birth announced across the Multiverse. The chapter ended as Titania and the gods of the Joyful Court welcomed him and his new holy emblem took form.

  • Garos visited Deborah and Alberto in the Verdant Gardens, where he learned Gabriel had beaten Alberto and Nasha had punished Gabriel after Alberto complained to her.
  • Garos destroyed Alberto’s fake dragon horns and offered him a chance to become a world lord by fighting for Sacred Aura in the coming Great Expedition.
  • Garos promised Deborah that they would visit Galkro and Laria in Faerûn, but a message summoned him away before he could leave with Vera.
  • Titania guided Garos to the Ascension Stairway, where each step brought back memories of his life and the prayers of his followers gathered around him.
  • Garos reached the summit and completed his Ascension to Godhood as the Lord of Victory and Glory, announcing his arrival across the Multiverse.
  • Garos’s Victory Crown and Sash of Glory became the Sword of Victory and Glory, entwined with roses as his holy emblem, and Titania and the Joyful Court gods welcomed him.

Ch. 746Midsummer Dragon, Faces of the Gods

Garos attended the Joyful Court’s celebration after ascending to godhood and met its gods, including Oberon, Vines, and Naitar. He promised to fight for the Court, declined Oberon’s offer to hand him the title of Midsummer Dragon, and began making friends before the busy gods departed.

  • Titania welcomed Garos as the newest member of the Joyful Court and introduced him to the gathered gods.
  • Oberon welcomed Garos as a companion and promised to fight for him, and Garos promised to return that loyalty.
  • Oberon introduced his daughter Vines, who urged Garos to take the title of Midsummer Dragon, while Naitar agreed that the title suited a true dragon.
  • Oberon offered to yield the title, but Garos said he would fight for what he wanted rather than accept it as a gift.
  • Titania encouraged Garos to get to know the gods, and he spoke with several of them before they left to attend to their duties.

Ch. 747Ancient Red Dragon, Ignas

Garos learned from Titania about the coming Midsummer Season, received a life-giving leaf from the Treant King on behalf of the Leaf Lord, and asked Titania about the Ferrous Dragon King. In the Astral Realm, the ancient red dragon Ignas learned that his descendant Garos had ascended to godhood and set out to judge whether he could become an ally.

  • Oberon left the celebration to guard the Dusk Domain as dark fae stirred, and Titania told Garos that his ascension might herald the coming Midsummer Season.
  • The Treant King thanked Garos on behalf of the Leaf Lord for saving the Nausir Elves and gave him a life-giving leaf, which Garos accepted after Titania urged him to take it.
  • Titania explained the tangled ties among gods and pantheons, and Garos asked her about his relative's dream of an Iron Throne and the Ferrous Dragon King's legacy.
  • In the Astral Realm, the red dragon Ignas learned that his descendant Garos had ascended to godhood and considered approaching him as a potential ally outside the Dragon Pantheon.
  • Ignas freed the inhabitants of his floating island, then returned when they cursed him and burned the island and everyone on it with Dragon Breath.

Ch. 748Red Dragon: You Scared Me to Death

Garos absorbed the incomplete Mutation Divine Power Destiny Core, gained the ability to Fleshwarp targets and affect Divine Powers, and continued training on a Neutron Star. His training was interrupted when a red dragon named Igna arrived, announced himself as Garos’s bloodline source, and was immediately crushed flat by the star’s gravity.

  • Garos swallowed the incomplete Mutation Divine Power Destiny Core and experienced years passing in what felt like a few breaths.
  • Garos suppressed an overwhelming desire to seek out more evolution-type Divine Powers and reflected on the dangers of the Immortal Path.
  • Garos tested his new Mutation Divine Power on a scale, discovering that Fleshwarp could affect his celestial body and Divine Powers.
  • Garos trained on a Neutron Star until a red dragon emerged from a teleportation rift and claimed to be the source of his bloodline.
  • Igna realized he had arrived on a Neutron Star and was pinned to its surface by its hypergravity.

Ch. 750Ignas: I'm Begging You—You Can Even Be My Dad!

Ignas found his Bloodline Descendant, Garos, on a Neutron Star and mistook the encounter for an ambush before Garos subdued him. After they reconciled, Ignas proposed an alliance to kill the Flame and Destruction Dragon God, Karix, and take his place.

  • Ignas used Spellcasters and their bloodline magic to locate Garos, then teleported to the Material World and landed on a Neutron Star.
  • Ignas mistook Garos for an enemy and tried to shatter the Neutron Star's Gravity Field, but Garos warped his Divine Power and pinned him down.
  • Garos recognized Ignas as his Bloodline Ancestor, and Ignas calmed down and offered to call him Father to avoid offending him.
  • Garos released Ignas and asked why he had come, and Ignas admitted he had considered collecting a Blood Tax before proposing an alliance.
  • Ignas asked Garos to help him kill Karix and take the Dragon God's place.

Ch. 751The Road Ahead Is Long; We’re Enemies of the Entire World

Ignas told Garos how Karix’s contempt and near-fatal attack turned his reverence into a desire for revenge. Garos proposed a vast campaign against the gods’ Material Plane faith, and the two blood relatives formed an alliance to begin it.

  • Garos questioned Ignas about his hatred of Karix, and Ignas recounted how he had once revered the dragon god and offered him treasures.
  • Ignas said Karix mocked him, attacked him, and left him with a lasting claw mark before Ignas escaped amid a clash between deities.
  • Garos sympathized with Ignas and agreed to an alliance limited to the Material Plane.
  • Garos proposed destroying the gods’ Material Plane faith and launching a great expedition against those who opposed them.
  • Ignas overcame his hesitation, agreed to Garos’s plan, and clasped claws with him to seal their alliance.

Ch. 752709: The Expedition Begins—War Wolves

Garos showed Ignas the unified Sacred Aura empire and explained how quickly he had grown, while Sorog prepared the empire’s first Great Expedition against a world ruled by Goblins. The War Wolves established a foothold there, defeated a Goblin force, and Russell turned his attention toward a nearby Goblin Kingdom.

  • Garos brought Ignas to Bernardo, where Ignas marveled at Sacred Aura’s orbital network, Cloud Rails, cities, and powerful dragons.
  • Garos revealed that he had built Sacred Aura over nearly a thousand years since birth, and Ignas realized how exceptional his descendant’s growth had been.
  • Garos and Ignas discussed the challenges of advancing along the Immortal Path, and Ignas explained that further progress required completing Divine Power.
  • Sorog told Garos that he had selected a one-star continental world with no Immortals as the Great Expedition’s first target, and Garos approved the plan.
  • Sacred Aura scouts and Alchemists opened a portal into the Goblin-ruled world, where Russell led the War Wolves in defeating a Goblin force.
  • Russell left the fighting to his War Wolves and spotted a nearby Goblin Kingdom as the portal continued to expand.

Ch. 753Great Tomb, Journey to the New World

Garos reviewed the Great Expedition’s early success on Goblin Continent and chose the four- or five-star Great Tomb as its next major target, while authorizing simultaneous campaigns on worlds of different ranks. He assigned Ignas and Samantha to the Goblin campaign, then left Sorog in charge and set out for Faerûn with Deborah and Vera.

  • Sorog reported that Russell and the War Wolves had swiftly conquered a Goblin Kingdom on Goblin Continent, and Garos warned him not to underestimate the world despite its one-star rating.
  • Sorog described the Great Tomb, where two empires resisted an Undead Empire ruled by a mysterious, sleeping Undead King, and Garos selected it as the next expedition target.
  • Garos approved pursuing high-star worlds while also occupying lower-star worlds, provided the Empire gathered enough intelligence to avoid being trapped in a prolonged conflict.
  • Garos ordered Ignas and Samantha to watch for the Goblin God during the campaign and told Sorog to oversee Sacred Aura and the Great Expedition while he visited Faerûn.
  • Garos traveled to the Raging Tide Dragon Realm, where Deborah and Vera joined him, and the three departed Bernardo Planet for Faerûn.

Ch. 755Magic Empires of the Material Plane, Each with Their Own Specialties

Garos, Deborah, and Vera entered Whitecloud Sky City to explore Netheril, a magic Empire whose guards detected their hidden dragon forms but welcomed them under strict rules. As they began looking for a Dragonkin guide, Garos received a plea from his followers in another world and extended part of his perception to their battlefield.

  • Garos brought Deborah and Vera to Whitecloud Sky City to relax and see Netheril’s magical civilization.
  • Garos and Deborah discussed the Empire’s sky cities and the stark divide between spellcasting citizens and those excluded from the city.
  • A checkpoint crystal ball detected dragon silhouettes beneath their Shapeshifting Spells, and the guards recorded their information and explained Netheril’s rules for visitors.
  • Garos, Deborah, and Vera entered the city, where they saw its busy streets and many different races.
  • Garos sensed his followers calling to him from another Material Plane and sent part of his power and perception to their battlefield while continuing through the city.

Ch. 756Sacred Aura Makes You Stand Up!

Phil recalled how the Goblins destroyed his childhood town, how he became the Goblin Slayer, and how the War Wolves freed him from an arena and recruited him into Sacred Aura’s Expeditionary Army. As the army defeated the Goblin kingdoms, the Wolf Lord awakened his Dragon Vein, killed a newly ascended Goblin King, and led the War Wolves and auxiliaries in pursuit of the fleeing enemy.

  • Phil’s town was destroyed by a Goblin army, and he survived to become a mercenary devoted to hunting Goblins.
  • After Goblins captured Phil and imprisoned him in an arena, a War Wolf broke into the cells and urged the gladiators to join Sacred Aura in overthrowing Goblin rule.
  • Phil joined the Sacred Aura Expeditionary Army, where the War Wolves led a campaign that conquered Goblin cities and defeated their forces.
  • A Goblin King reached Destiny Rank, but the Wolf Lord ignited his Dragon Vein and defeated the king beneath the Dragon Emperor’s phantom.
  • The Goblin army broke and fled, and Phil and the other auxiliaries charged after it while Phil wondered about Sacred Aura’s Red Emperor.

Ch. 757White Dragon, Weave, Goblin God

Garos toured Netheril with Deborah and Vera, learning how its floating cities relied on the Weave and meeting Vaqili, a White Dragon who enjoyed working at Monster Park. After years of exploring, Garos set out with Vaqili for the Dragon Breath Kingdom as Sacred Aura's expedition defeated the Goblin God and secured the Goblin Continent.

  • Garos concluded that the Goblin King’s sudden rise to Destiny Rank came from the Goblin God, while Ignas could handle the deity if necessary.
  • Garos, Deborah, and Vera visited Monster Park, where Vaqili explained that she stayed voluntarily for its food, wages, and comfortable life; a gemstone persuaded her to guide them.
  • Vaqili told Garos that Netheril’s floating cities relied on the Weave, and Garos rejected connecting Sacred Aura to it because it belonged to the Goddess of Magic.
  • Garos and his companions spent several years exploring Netheril, witnessing its magical cities and abuses before deciding to leave.
  • Vaqili joined Garos’s party for their journey to the Dragon Breath Kingdom despite Vera reminding her that she had once vowed to remain at Monster Park.
  • Garos reflected that Samantha had destroyed the Goblin God’s divine body and Sacred Aura had overcome the remaining Goblin resistance, leaving occupation and assimilation ahead.

Ch. 758Twin Kings of Dragon Breath, Father and Son

Galkro complained that the Dragon Breath Kingdom was too peaceful, and Laria persuaded him to seek a place on the front lines of Sacred Aura’s Great Expedition. Garos and his companions arrived, and Galkro greeted his parents with affection, leaving Vaqili astonished by the contrast between the fearsome Hellfire King and the loving son.

  • Galkro grumbled that the kingdom’s cautious, peaceful growth bored him, while Laria explained why expansion would be dangerous and noted that their growth toward Destiny Rank had recently accelerated.
  • Laria convinced Galkro to ask their father for permission to join the Great Expedition and secure control of the Dragon Breath Kingdom for himself.
  • Galkro regaled his offspring with a story about earning Garos’s admiration as a hatchling, then warned them not to mistake reckless challenges for courage.
  • Garos and his companions emerged on the platform, and Galkro rushed toward Deborah instead of attacking them, greeting her as his mother.
  • Garos confirmed that he was proud of Galkro, while Vaqili realized that the feared Hellfire King was the son of the Red Emperor Pale Star and Deborah.

Ch. 759How Could Dragons Be So Beautiful?

Garos reunited with his family in the Dragon Breath Kingdom, revealed his beautiful Immortal Realm dragon form, and subdued Galkro after his son mocked his size. Garos then uncovered and fought Sammaster, an Immortal Lich of the Dragon Worship Cult, and resolved to stop idling and return to the proper path.

  • Vaqili followed Garos and Deborah to Dragonheart Royal City, where Laria questioned her and Vera defended her from Galkro’s suspicions.
  • Deborah returned to her Red-Silver Dragon form, and Garos revealed his mirror-scaled true form, stunning Vaqili and amusing Galkro.
  • Galkro mocked Garos’s small size, so Garos pinned him down; Laria suggested sending Galkro to the Great Expedition, and Garos agreed to arrange it through Sorog.
  • Garos detected an Immortal-tier undead hidden near the kingdom, struck through the ground, and confronted the Lich Sammaster, who revealed his Dragon Worship Cult allegiance.
  • Garos defeated Sammaster, but the Lich destroyed himself and escaped permanent death through his phylactery; Garos realized the Lich had been waiting for him and decided to end his idle period.

Ch. 760The End of All Things: The Great Tomb, the Land of Giants

Sammaster revived in a hidden chamber after escaping Garos, concluded that the Red Iron Dragon might be the prophesied Death Dragon, and vowed to serve him. Meanwhile, Garos chose the Necroxus Empire in Great Tomb as the target of Sacred Aura’s Great Expedition and departed for a Neutron Star.

  • Sammaster recalled how Garos countered his Death Order, disrupted his divine power, and forced him to flee into his phylactery to avoid being sealed.
  • Sammaster suspected that Garos was the Death Dragon of prophecy and renewed his vow to bring about the dragon’s death and serve him as an undead master.
  • Sammaster reinforced his hidden chamber and left to seek aid from Necroxus, ruler of the undead Necroxus Empire.
  • Garos reviewed Sorog’s reports and selected Great Tomb and the Necroxus Empire for Sacred Aura’s Great Expedition.
  • Garos ordered Sorog to prepare the expedition, then tore open space and headed for a deep-space Neutron Star.

Ch. 761The Sun, a New Change

Garos reviewed his Divine Powers and identified breadth, precision, and permanence as goals for developing Adaptive Evolution, though he did not yet know how to achieve them. He left the Neutron Star to train on a living sun, where the changing conditions stirred his Ring of Adaptation and suggested a new path for his growth.

  • Garos analyzed how Adaptive Evolution and Aberrant Mutation worked and concluded that he needed to master his existing powers before developing them further.
  • Garos decided that he would pursue breadth, precision, and permanence in Adaptive Evolution, but recognized that he lacked a practical method for training his Divine Power.
  • Garos left the Neutron Star and traveled through space to a blazing sun to test whether changing environments would affect his Ring of Adaptation.
  • Garos sensed the Ring of Adaptation change as he approached the sun and concluded that he needed to train in varied extreme environments rather than remain in one.
  • Garos descended onto the sun and walked through its scorching flames, allowing the heat and light to challenge his body and Divine Power.

Ch. 762Good Dragon Alliance, Tomb Pyramid

Gabriel persuaded the Good Dragon Alliance to cooperate with Sacred Aura and consider sending dragons to see the empire firsthand, while Galkro reported that he had rallied the Chromatic Dragons by force. Elsewhere, Sammaster gained an audience with Necroxus inside the Tomb Pyramid.

  • Holt brought Gabriel to the Good Dragon Alliance, where Gabriel revealed Sacred Aura and showed the Metal Dragons a projection of its dragon-ruled world.
  • Gabriel admitted that Sacred Aura had come to conquer, but offered the Good Dragon Alliance a chance to join the Dragon Race's rise; the alliance agreed to cooperate while reserving judgment until representatives visited Bernardo.
  • Gabriel learned through the Blood Kin Link that Galkro had beaten several Chromatic Dragons into accepting him as their leader, then argued with his older brother about respect.
  • Sammaster arrived at the Tomb Pyramid and asked to see Necroxus, and a Death Knight let him enter after the king granted an audience.

Ch. 764Undead Dragon; Saint Orla’s First Millennium

Sammaster tried to recruit Necroxus, an Undead Great Dragon who feared death, but Necroxus refused to leave his tomb, so Sammaster stayed to recover and persuade him. Meanwhile, Gabriel guided three Metal Dragons from Moro through Sacred Aura and brought them to the empire’s millennium celebration, where they would witness the emperor and the Great Expedition’s victory.

  • Sammaster reunited with Necroxus, revealed his true Bone Dragon form, and recalled how he had resurrected the Black Dragon after their failed attempt to steal a Saint’s remains.
  • Sammaster urged Necroxus to join the true Death Dragon, but Necroxus pretended to agree before retreating into his tomb and refusing to come out.
  • Sammaster stayed outside the tomb to recover and wait for Necroxus to change his mind.
  • Gabriel showed the Silver Dragon, Holt the Brass Dragon, and a Bronze Dragon Sacred Aura’s advanced transport, powerful dragons, and peaceful coexistence between Dragonkin.
  • The Destiny Silver Dragon recognized Sacred Aura as a new golden age for dragons.
  • Gabriel led the Metal Dragons to the Red Emperor Royal City for the millennium celebration, where the emperor would honor the Great Expedition’s victorious warriors.

Ch. 765The Good Dragon Alliance? Don't Contact Me Again, I'm Afraid Aura Will Misunderstand

Three metal dragons from the Moro Continent toured Sacred Aura, learned how the empire ruled conquered worlds, and watched its millennium celebration, where Garos appeared and Phil received a medal. Inspired by the empire’s power and glory, the silver dragon pledged cooperation with Sacred Aura as its expedition toward the Moro Continent approached.

  • Gabriel warned the three metal dragons to obey Red Emperor Royal City’s rules and showed them the Platinum Star golems before sending them to meet people from conquered worlds.
  • Holt joked about abandoning the Good Dragon Alliance, while Phil told the dragons that he had chosen to join the War Wolves and continue serving Sacred Aura.
  • Phil and other enlisted warriors explained how the empire conquered worlds, rewarded submission, punished resistance, and improved conditions for ordinary people.
  • At the millennium celebration, Garos appeared above the city, the Prince Regent awarded meritorious warriors including Phil, and the empire broadcast their deeds across the Star Network.
  • The silver dragon renounced the Good Dragon Alliance and offered to help Sacred Aura reach the Moro Continent; Garos then looked ahead to the coming expedition and the Undead King.

Ch. 766Nightfall, Dragons, and Elves

After the Millennium Celebration, Garos visited Silverbranch City at Yise Zeya’s invitation and heard how Nausir had prospered after joining Sacred Aura. When the Elf Queen’s attempt to stage a romantic fall led Garos to mistake it for an attack, he carried her into the sky, saw through her plan, and shared a quiet view of the continent with her beneath the three moons.

  • Garos arrived in Silverbranch City in elf form and walked through the city with Yise Zeya beneath three moons.
  • Yise Zeya thanked Garos for helping Nausir recover and hinted that she wanted a companion, but Garos advised her to give up the throne if she wanted an ordinary life.
  • Yise Zeya deliberately stumbled, but Garos let her fall, leaving her embarrassed in the street.
  • Garos decided that an attacker might have cursed Yise Zeya, carried her above the city, and ordered her to seal Nausir and activate the Elven Moon.
  • Yise Zeya admitted there was no attacker, and Garos revealed that he understood her romantic ploy before holding her as they admired the scenery together.
