Jing Xiaotian sat on the sofa in the sales office, looking utterly bored.
Today was a rare weekend. She had already arranged to go to the park with her classmates, but who would have thought her family would drag her out to look at houses early in the morning?

Her older sister, Jing Xiaoxun, was two years older than her. She cast her younger sister a faint glance and said, "Jing Xiaotian, behave yourself. Dad said this house is for you, as part of your dowry when you get married."
"Who wants to get married? I don't want to buy here. I like that Imperial Cloud Pavilion apartment Dad bought for you!"
Jing Xiaotian complained.
She was only twelve years old, only in her second year of middle school. Why would she need to get married?
"Hehe, dream on. I picked that Imperial Cloud Pavilion place myself. It sold out ages ago." Jing Xiaoxun looked smug.
Imperial Cloud Pavilion was a little more upscale than Listen to the Wind Courtyard, so naturally she was unwilling to switch.
