No insult or brutal treatment was excessive when directed at this organization.

Every year, hundreds or thousands of rats were captured and killed. Once discovered and identified, they could be executed on the spot, and even their families would be implicated.

Even so, rats continued to emerge in an endless stream.

They simply could not be killed off.

Some rats had even risen to high positions, posing tremendous danger.
