Yu Qiao became widely known at Red Cloud University as its chief assassin. Although he was talented enough to refine the Ninth-Rank Ghostly Snake, Yu Qiao came from an ordinary family of office workers and carried debt. His lack of resources forced him to favor lower-grade Soul Skills with safer absorption odds, leaving him resentful of better-funded prodigies such as Ye Qiu and Yun Kai 168 301 303.

After being expelled from the Red Cloud Team, Yu Qiao seized Lin Feng’s challenge for the National Collegiate Glory Battle positions as an opportunity to prove himself and retaliate against his former teammates. Beneath the bravado, Yu Qiao is deeply conscious of his lack of money and recognition.
