Su Sanjia led Shrek Academy to victory in the tournament, then fought Spirit Hall after Bibi Dong moved against him and Xiao Wu. The Clear Sky Sect joined the battle to seize Su Sanjia, but he killed the Fifth Elder and unleashed a terrifying new power.

• Tang Hao returned to the Clear Sky Sect and told its elders about Su Sanjia, prompting them to plan an expedition to Spirit City.
• Su Sanjia defeated Skywater Academy, reached level 85 after absorbing a god-bestowed soul ring, and led Shrek into the tournament finals.
• Su Sanjia defeated Yu Tianheng and the Spirit Hall Academy team, securing Shrek Academy the tournament championship.
• Bibi Dong accused Su Sanjia of killing Spirit Hall’s team, and he resisted Spirit Hall’s attempt to seize him as Shrek, Ning Fengzhi, Chen Xin, and Dugu Bo came to his defense.

Su Sanjia defeated the Clear Sky Sect and Spirit Hall’s forces, then traveled north and gained powerful soul rings from the Ice Empress and Snow Empress. He entered Slaughter City to free its inhabitants and confronted the King of Slaughter, whom he identified as Tang Chen.

• Su Sanjia killed several Clear Sky Sect elders and Tang Hao after surviving attacks from the sect, Spirit Hall, and Bibi Dong, while Tang San disowned his father.
• Golden Crocodile Douluo removed Bibi Dong from her position as Pope and declared Shrek Academy innocent, while Su Sanjia departed to distribute soul bones and travel north.
• Su Sanjia killed Heavenly Ice City's young city lord and resolved to reshape the continent through strength, advancing the God of Freedom's second trial.
• Sky Dream Ice Silkworm helped Su Sanjia gain the Ice Empress as a soul ring, and the Snow Empress later sacrificed herself to join his second martial soul, raising him to Titled Douluo.
• Su Sanjia collected powerful soul rings and soul bones in the Far North, reaching level 97 before leaving to seek another ring and continue searching for the Heart of Freedom.

Su Sanjia destroyed Slaughter City, completed his second trial, and confronted the Blood God before finding the Sky Temple and defeating its guardian. As he began the trial of reaching the moon, other divine inheritors and political forces prepared for the coming Twilight of the Gods.

• Su Sanjia fought Tang Chen to the death after destroying Slaughter City, then preserved Tang Chen’s body and buried him at the Clear Sky Sect.
• Su Sanjia completed his second trial, awakened the Heart of Freedom, reached Rank 99, and offered Spirit Hall treasures in exchange for supporting social reforms.
• Su Sanjia discovered the Blood God Sect’s slaughter site on Star-Picking Mountain and killed its leader, Blood God Douluo, before the Blood God descended.
• Su Sanjia rejected the Blood God’s offer, survived his attack, and drove him to flee with the Kusanagi Sword and Merciless Sun.
• Su Sanjia found the Sky Temple, defeated its guardian Bai Yu, and completed his third trial, then began the trial of reaching the moon without using his Martial Soul.

Su Sanjia returned from the Heavenly Palace as a god among mortals and entered the war at Death Valley, where the divine inheritors gathered for Twilight of the Gods. He defeated the Blood God and Bibi Dong, then chose who would receive the available divine places as the contest ended and a new era began.

• Su Sanjia completed the God of Freedom’s fifth trial, reached level 100, and returned to the continent after three years away.
• Su Sanjia reunited with Shrek Academy, learned that Spirit Hall and Heaven Dou were at war with Star Luo, and traveled with Shrek and the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect to Death Valley.
• The allied forces pushed Star Luo back as Tang San and Xiao Wu arrived with Sea God Island’s soul masters, and Su Sanjia gave Bo Saixi the shell carrying Tang Chen’s final message.
• The fighting escalated as Qian Renxue wounded Tang San and Xiao Wu, Xiao Wu sacrificed herself to save Tang San, and Bibi Dong unleashed her Rakshasa power against the armies and divine inheritors.
• Su Sanjia killed Roy and the Blood God, then demanded that the contenders surrender their divine tokens.
• Bibi Dong wiped out many inheritors with her Demon Spiders, but Su Sanjia destroyed the spiders, found her true body, and killed her.
• Su Sanjia destroyed the divine tokens and selected his friends, elders, and mentors for the available godly places, while the remaining contenders lost their divine power or received other opportunities.
