So why should Samsung be allowed to latch onto them?

Others would more or less give him or Samsung some face. They would not humiliate him to his face, but Wang Ye naturally had no need for such concerns.
Samsung was not even qualified to matter in front of him!

Wang Ye smiled and nodded. "That is not a bad idea. If your Samsung wafer fab is also built here in Moscow, then once it gets going, it really can
