'Todd is actually a pitiful man too. Drugs made him mentally unstable, violent, and irritable, but even without a job or money, he still bought two androids, one adult and one child, to form a family.'

'Pitiful people always have something hateful about them.'

Reading the chat, Yinzi immediately shook his head. "Impossible. Absolutely impossible."

He had felt that there was something a little off about Alice, but he had never imagined that she was a child android. Yet when he thought back to the game's plot, it felt entirely plausible.

Because he had never seen Alice get sick.

Yes, sick.

Yinzi's fingers froze for a moment before he continued controlling the game.

And throughout it all, no matter how harsh the conditions became, even though Kara had tried hard to find clothes for Alice and dry them by the fire, that could not offset the physical toll caused by such terrible conditions.

Children were physically fragile.
