Leon waved, turned into a red streak that spiraled up the stairs, and left like the wind.
Art held down the costume sketches to keep them from blowing away and muttered:
"Looks like fate has even arranged an inauguration ceremony for our little hero."

The Minor Mode Wasn't Turned Off
Leon soon arrived atop a bridge in Chicago.
He looked out over the distant cityscape, where thick smoke slowly rose from the battlefield.
Even while flying over, he had already heard screams and wails.
There were also incomprehensible languages and the activation sounds of a great number of unfamiliar weapons.
He just did not know why Robot had called him here.
He lightly tapped the floor with his toe. The ground immediately opened beneath him, and he dropped down.
Whoosh—bang!
Leon landed lightly on the helipad.
An industrial style, with unused machine parts and fighter jet engines piled about haphazardly, plus an entire wall of bookshelves.
This was Teen Team's base, and every member was here now.
Robot, standing amid several screens, was the first to welcome him.
"Unnamed, since you do not yet have a codename, I will address you as such for now."
"I will now explain—"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Who's this handsome baby? Can somebody introduce him to me?"
