Background / History

Shui Bing'er was born into the Shui Family as Shui Yu's eldest daughter and Shui Yue'er's older sister. After awakening the Ice Phoenix with innate soul power level nine, the family placed high expectations on her, hired a dedicated tutor, and kept her focused on cultivation at home. 2

At thirteen, she enrolled at Heavenwater Academy with level thirty-three soul power. She entered the superior class, ranked second among the new students in soul power, and became a candidate for assistant class monitor. 6 13 19
