Chapter Summaries

Tianlin asserted his authority as Asura God and made human–Soul Beast coexistence the duty of his Holy Emperor Godhood, while Destruction God yielded and Asura God departed to explore the universe. After the victory, Tianlin and his companions prepared to celebrate, but God of Desire’s pursuit of Chen Xin and her teasing nearly stirred jealousy among Tianlin’s companions.

• Tianlin declared that he would restore Soul Beasts’ tribulations to their proper difficulty and enforce fair laws on every race, including the God Realm Committee.
• Tianlin established human–Soul Beast coexistence as the Holy Emperor’s Godhood Duties, and Destruction God accepted his authority rather than risk another fight.
• Asura God returned safely, thanked Tianlin, and reassured Gu Yuena before setting off to explore the universe.
• Gu Yuena thanked Tianlin for keeping his promise to protect Soul Beasts and apologized to Asura God for having once resented him.
• Chen Xin fled when God of Desire tried to join the celebration, while she gave Tianlin wine and asked him to help her make Chen Xin drink a potent potion.

After the victory over the Evil Sword Immortal, Tianlin and his companions celebrated peace in Spirit City and planned a grand collective wedding. Qian Renxue departed to atone for her family’s past, while Tianlin arranged for Bibi Dong’s soul to reincarnate; days later, the weddings were held with the continent’s blessings.

• Gu Ran welcomed Tianlin and the returning heroes to Spirit City, where the city celebrated their victory and the arrival of peace.
• Tianlin proposed to Ning Rongrong again, and Yu Tianheng, Shi Mo, Yu Feng, and others joined in planning a collective wedding.
• Qian Renxue tried to leave Spirit City, but Tianlin spoke privately with her and accepted Bibi Dong’s soul to purify and send into reincarnation.

Ten years after their wedding, Tianlin and Ning Rongrong returned from their honeymoon and introduced their gifted twins to the Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Sect. After waiting until the children were sixteen, they ascended to the God Realm to help expand it, while Qian Renxue set out after them.

• Osler earned the God of Sloth's trial, Yu Tianheng began the Thunder God's Nine Trials, and Imperial Fight's other members received divine inheritances.
• Tianlin and Ning Rongrong toured the world, found new continents, and Tianlin relocated two uninhabited ones to expand Douluo Continent.
• Ning Fengzhi welcomed Tianlin and Ning Rongrong back and wanted Rongrong to succeed him, but they explained they planned to help the Destruction God expand the God Realm.
• Tianlin introduced their eight-year-old twins, Jun Yuetian and Jun Liuli, to Ning Fengzhi, Chen Xin, and Gu Rong; Liuli's Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda made her a likely future sect master.
• Tianlin and Ning Rongrong waited until their children turned sixteen, then opened the gates to the God Realm and ascended.
• Qian Renxue sensed their departure, flew toward the God Realm, and reminded Tianlin that he still owed her a promise.

More than a century after the great war, Gu Ran and Ye Lingling led Douluo Continent through a premature war with the Sun Moon Empire, then abdicated and inherited divine roles. Ye Lingling nourished the continent for three thousand years as it advanced, and she and Gu Ran became God Kings who continued to guard it in seclusion.

• Gu Ran and Ye Lingling remained on Douluo Continent after the other heroes ascended, ruling for a hundred years before considering abdication.
• The Sun Moon Empire attacked after the continents collided early, and Gu Ran led Douluo Continent’s powerful soul masters to defeat it and acquire Mingde Hall’s Soul Tool methods.
• Gu Ran and Ye Lingling abdicated in favor of Gu Nianlin, then inherited the God Positions of the continent’s Plane Master and Life Core.
• After sensing the approaching Abyss, Ye Lingling refused to ask Tianlin to help Douluo Continent devour it and instead entered the planet’s core as a Nine Heart Begonia with the Holy Spirit Pearl.
• Gu Ran guarded the planet’s core while Ye Lingling nourished the continent for three thousand years, allowing it to advance and enabling both of them to become God Kings.
• Gu Ran and Ye Lingling withdrew to a secluded place, where they continued secretly safeguarding the continent.

After Evil Sword Immortal’s defeat, Tianlin helped restore and expand the God Realm while arranging for his family and allies to join him there. He also created a Virtual Plane to provide Soul Masters with Spirit Rings and protect real Soul Beasts, leaving Gu Yuena in charge of its guardianship.

• Goodness God King chose Jun Liuli to inherit her godhood, then went into the universe to search for fragments of the Evil God King’s True Spirit, while the God of Destruction assumed the duties of the fallen gods.
• Tianlin helped the God of Destruction expand the God Realm, which grew enough to accommodate more gods and their family members; Tianlin and Ning Rongrong brought many relatives and companions up with them.
• Qian Renxue used her family-member slots to bring Qian Daoliu, Golden Crocodile Douluo, Princess Xue Ke, and Hu Liena to the God Realm, while Bibi Dong eventually returned as a god and reconciled with her daughters.
• Tianlin and his companions developed a Virtual Plane where Soul Masters could obtain Spirit Rings and Spirit Bones from virtual Soul Beasts, with the Life Ancient Tree supplying life force so the beasts could continually reappear.
• Tianlin relocated the real Soul Beasts to a habitable planet, appointed Gu Yuena to administer the Virtual Plane, and assigned Ye Lingling and Gu Ran to oversee access to it in the Human Realm.
