Guanyin, one of Buddhism's seven Ekajati-pratibaddha Bodhisattvas, the compassionate and merciful Bodhisattva who saved those in suffering and answered all prayers, was one of the supreme Sources of the 0.2 level. With the Sources of the 0.1 level either having completely assimilated into the Dao or remaining hidden in slumber, she was already among the most powerful beings in the Dream World.
Yet even she could not enter the Absolute True Layer.
That place was a forbidden zone for all Sources. Once one entered, one could not leave, and could only perish utterly within it. At most, a fragment of true spirit might escape, but such a fragment could easily be contaminated by the Dream World. Unless one's true spirit was exceptional or one had the backing of great powers such as the First Buddha or First Immortal, it was essentially a dead end.
