As usual, a self-summary for this arc.
This book had reached three million words now, so there was no shortage of content. First, my thoughts on this arc: after returning home from the busy pace of traveling, I had been recovering quickly. My own assessment of this arc was above average. There was slightly more content, but it was basically all useful. It laid down foreshadowing while also developing the plot and expanding the worldview.
Next, it was about time for the curtain to rise fully on the entire Dream World.
The Heavenly Court.
The Buddha Realm.
The various ancient civilizations.
The various powerful origins.
And the nightmares that appeared at the beginning but had received almost no attention afterward.
Also, Week's End was about to be fully developed as well.
Some people said it felt like this book was heading toward a quick ending. My answer was that there were still roughly another three million words to go.
That was right. This book was about to reach the major mid-story turning point that appeared in every one of my books. The upcoming story would begin to touch upon those previously planted foreshadowing elements that had received little attention.
The Buddha Realm Secret Treasury, the First Buddha and First Immortal, Week's End, nightmares, ancient civilizations, lost civilizations, absolute time and relative time, ancient great gods, that monkey... and so on.
I did not know whether three million words would be enough, but I did not intend to drag things out or pad the story, so the plan was to finish it after another three million words.
Alright, Arc Fifteen ended here. Arc Sixteen would begin tomorrow: A Single Slash Cuts Down Eternal Green.
