Six-Eyes was utterly incredulous—far more so than when he had discovered the immense quality of Wu Pifu's true soul.
He, a grand Celestial Master of the Heavenly Court, known as Six-Eyes, had actually lost to a mere mortal!?
Unbelievable!
A weakling had actually risen above him, the strong one!?
"Impossible!"
Veins bulged across Six-Eyes's face. Wu Pifu's palm strike had driven him to his knees, yet Wu Pifu remained where he was, merely looking down at him from above.
Six-Eyes flew into a rage. The double pupils within his eyes flickered with eerie light as his body suddenly sprang straight up. With less than a meter separating them, the two nearly simultaneously raised a palm again and brought them down toward each other's heads in the same heaven-covering, earth-pressing stance.
Several more explosive booms rang out. This time, as their palms descended, they crossed at least a dozen times. Onlookers could barely make it out with the naked eye; they could only see two palms falling in a blur. Gradually, Six-Eyes's palm actually slipped aside, grazing past a point mere centimeters from Wu Pifu's body, while Wu Pifu's palm remained steady from beginning to end, once again smashing viciously toward Six-Eyes's head. Yet for some inexplicable reason, it ultimately still landed on Six-Eyes's shoulder.
Smack!
Six-Eyes dropped to his knees again.
Fury covered Six-Eyes's face. He roared and sprang up once more, but before he had even risen halfway, Wu Pifu swung a palm horizontally. His double pupils flickered ceaselessly, but he still could not evade it. The slap landed hard against his back.
Bang!
Six-Eyes was blasted flat onto the ground in a full prostrate position!
"You... you dare! I am Six-Eyes! A Celestial Master of the Heavenly Court!"
Six-Eyes roared madly, but the only response he received was
